Probate Services in Plymouth
Probate can be a complex and time-consuming process, carried out during an already difficult time. This service can be used by Executors in an existing Will or by the Personal Representatives if the deceased died intestate (i.e. without a legal and valid Will).
Our service has been designed for bereaved families who wish to transfer the responsibility of administering an estate to professionals, who will ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
The Will Centre provides a full end-to-end estate administration service, which means we will gather all the necessary information to apply for probate in the deceased’s estate, obtain the Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration on intestacy), collect in the assets, pay the liabilities, before finally distributing the estate to the beneficiaries.
Nicki Parker-Jones will be fully responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met as well as complying with legislation and financial obligations, providing reassurance and protection for Executors and Beneficiaries.
